Senior Physiotherapist

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2013, Lexi has cultivated extensive and diverse clinical experiences across hospital, education, private, corporate, VIP and community settings throughout Australia and internationally.

Lexi is a trauma-informed clinician who integrates hands-on generalist physiotherapy with lifestyle consulting. Her practice is centered on client empowerment, striving to drive positive change with a strong focus on promoting longevity, sustainability, increasing ability, enhancing high-level performance, and improving quality of life.

Areas of Primary Focus:

  • Management of elite athletes at an individual and organisational level

  • Complex pain and Sleep optimisation

  • PTSD and mood disorders

  • Addictions and withdrawals

  • Performance enhancement, longevity and wellness at an individual and corporate level

Lexi is passionate about facilitating connections between local supports within Ashgrove, Brisbane, and surrounds to promote better health access, positive health outcomes, and provide quality holistic care.

Bodytalk Physiotherapy and Health Services is a leader of integrated health that is solutions-open and neurodivergent affirming. We move beyond a problem-based, "fix it" modeling approach. By exploring possibilities and acknowledging the spectrum of functional dynamics, we actively work to remove the stigma around dysfunction and mental illness.

Professional Highlights

  • Elite Sports Support: - We are thrilled to have supported Australia's Alireza Faghani as part of his sports physio team during his high-performance journey, leading up to his appointment as referee for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 final.  - Congratulations to Solara Sharp from Queensland National Ballet School for attaining a semifinalist position at CD Scholarships 2026 with Lexi cheering her solo on in the stalls.

  • External Contracts: Outside of her Home Studio and Senior Physiotherapy role at Revive West End, Lexi annually serves as the Crew Physiotherapist for Zoe Boat and the Island at Hamilton Island Race Week (HIRW). She also offers exclusive “Take me with you” event/holiday contracts.

  • Personal Achievement: Lexi completed the New York City Marathon in 2022.

Personal Interests and Future Ventures

Lexi is currently in her “off season” however historically enjoys playing social netball, strength training at SSG, and attending adult dance classes at QNBS, alongside balancing "Mum life".

Ongoing Advanced Professional Development has been fundamental to Lexi’s clinic practice and advisory consulting. She has been accepted into Mind Medicine Australia’s training program for CPAT which coincides with her attendance at Transform Trauma Oxford 2026 in September.

Lexi completed specialised training at SD Labs in Melbourne most recently. Their work in engineering, industrial design, and health research is pushing boundaries in sports science. SD Labs has developed sleep screening tools, training platforms, referral pathways and custom physio fitted segmented bedding systems, closing the gap between clinical data and patient well-being, ensuring that better sleep is a standard, not a luxury.

Lexi is campaigning to champion these solutions paired with inspiratory muscle training and other combination therapy to reduce the burden of mental health disorders, chronic pain and illness including autoimmune conditions on the individual, family unit and local community at a state-wide, national and global level. With ongoing advances in technology it is now possible to balance the scales of our social economical public health crisis towards balance, wellness and sustainability.
